If a unit we installed or repaired develops the same fault within 90 days, we return and fix it at no extra labour charge. Parts carry the manufacturer's own warranty, which we help you claim if needed.

Before you book
How do I book a visit and get a quote?
Call or message us with the unit type, the room size and a photo of the wall or outdoor space if you have one. We confirm a fixed price and a visit date, usually within a day or two.
Do you cover areas outside central Birmingham?
Yes, we work across Birmingham and the surrounding areas including Solihull, Sutton Coldfield and Edgbaston. Tell us your postcode when you book and we will confirm coverage.
When do I actually pay for the work?
Payment is due once the job is finished and you have seen the system running. We take cash on completion or bank transfer, there is no deposit taken upfront.
What if I need to cancel or move my booking?
Let us know as early as you can and we will move your slot to another date at no charge. Cancellations made with little notice may affect how quickly we can rebook you.

We're based in Digbeth and cover the surrounding Birmingham neighbourhoods on a daily schedule.

Clear the area around the indoor and outdoor units where possible
Most single-unit visits take between one and four hours
Payment is due on completion by cash or bank transfer
