Founding Story & Commitment to Honest Work
Clarivent started after one too many Birmingham households got burned by vague call-out prices that doubled once the van was already on the drive. The founder had spent years fitting and servicing split systems for other firms and kept seeing the same shortcuts: unlogged refrigerant, mismatched pipework, and nobody checking the job before driving off.
We built Clarivent around direct supplier relationships for copper pipework, R32 refrigerant and insulation, and a simple rule, every job gets tested and photographed before the engineer leaves the property.
Pricing is set upfront in writing, payment is taken once the work is done and confirmed, by cash or bank transfer, and the engineer who quoted your job is the one who stands behind the finished work.
How We Keep Standards
Every engineer works from the same completion checklist, covering pressure test, drain test and a run-through with the customer before packing up. Materials come from the same UK wholesale suppliers for every job, so there is no guessing what went into your wall.
Straight Talk
We tell you the price and the timeline before we start, and we do not pad the invoice once the van is on site.
Finish The Job Right
A job is not done until the system has been tested and photographed, not just switched on and left.
Respect For Your Home
Dust sheets down, boots off where needed, and pipework run tidily rather than the shortest possible route.
We started Clarivent because too many Birmingham households were getting vague quotes and no-shows from part-time contractors. Every job we take on gets a fixed price, a named engineer and a written check before we call it finished.
