Any number, the price is per unit per year, we can quote a multi-unit property as one contract.
Can I cancel the contract?
Yes, contracts run year to year with no lock-in beyond the current paid period.
What happens if a fault is found during a visit?
We tell you what we found and quote any repair separately, it's not included in the maintenance price.
What we guarantee
If a unit we installed or repaired develops the same fault within 90 days, we return and fix it at no extra labour charge. Parts carry the manufacturer's own warranty, which we help you claim if needed. Pricing & payment
