What if the unit can't be fixed?
If a repair isn't worth the cost compared to a new unit, we tell you and quote a replacement instead.
Do you carry common spare parts?
Engineers carry capacitors, fuses and common control parts, less common parts may need ordering.
Is the callout fee separate from the repair cost?
The visit fee covers diagnosis, the repair itself is quoted separately once the fault is known.
What we guarantee
